CYROCORE RETURN POLICY

HOW DOES IT WORK?
You have 60 days from the day your item is delivered to request a refund.
You can request a refund whether the product is used or unused. If it didn't work for you, we'll make it right.
To start a request, email support@cryocore.store with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll take care of the rest.
In most cases, you do not need to return the product. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is required.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it quickly.

EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
